Vietnam tourist visa for Indian cruise passengers
In case the cruise company does not provide any help, you are supposed to apply for Vietnamese tourist visa in person at Vietnam Embassy in residence of your country.
The documentation needed for a visa application comprises:
- Original passport valid for at least six months prior to date of travel
- Visa application form (available at the embassy)
- 01 passport photograph taken around 6 months old
- Vietnam visa fee
Processing time may be different among the embassies. However, it normally requires 2 or 5 business days to complete.
Please be advised that you are responsible for accuracy of data in the visa. Any mistakes must be informed immediately to the embassy before your travel.
Also keep in mind that it’s not worth applying for visa on arrival cause Vietnam tourist visa on arrival is not available for cruise passengers.
