1/ Obtain at Vietnam embassy in Malaysia
When applying for Vietnam tourist visa, Indians passport holders have to submit several required documents as following:
- An origin passport with at least 6 month validity and some blank pages left

- Passport-sized photo
- Visa fee in cash

2/ Obtain Vietnam visa on arrival online with www.visa-vietnam.in
Vietnam visa on arrival is more advisable in case the applicants do not wish to travel and send off the documents. The visa will be picked up at the arrival airport after the applicants showing the required documents. Accordingly, apart from visa approval letter, Indians citizens from Malaysia should gather the other documents which can be prepared by themselves (an origin passport, 2 passport- sized photos, completed entry and exit form, stamping fee in cash). For the letter, just need to:
- Apply online by providing the exact personal and visa information
- Pay for service feewith credit card or debit card via Western Union or Bank Transfer
After 1 or 2 working days, the visa approval letter will be sent via email to you.
